Project Management (PMO)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to join our team and drive successful project outcomes. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing project management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets, while closely monitoring progress and proactively identifying potential risks and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Project Leadership:

    • Plan, execute, and oversee project management processes.
    • Coordinate project activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  2. Risk Management:

    • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
    • Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  3. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
  4. Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
    • Support decision-making by providing relevant and insightful project data.
  5. Process Improvement:

    • Implement project management methodologies and best practices.
    • Evaluate and continuously improve project management processes.
  6. Team Leadership:

    • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate is welcome
  • Proven experience in Project Management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a must.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
