About the Job:
The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports, statements, bank reconciliation, conducting cyclical audits, managing financial records, preparing financial reports, analyzing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Record Financial Transactions: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Prepare Financial Statements: Compile and analyze financial data to prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards in financial reporting and taxation.
  • Tax Preparation and Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time and provide advice on tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities.
  • Financial Management Support: Provide support in financial management activities such as cash flow management, investment analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Communicate Financial Information: Communicate financial information to stakeholders, including management, investors, and regulatory authorities, in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Provide Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Assist in Budgeting:
    Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts based on financial analysis and business performance.
  • Vat Filling.
  • Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs.
  • Prepare Tax documents.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Accountant in UAE for minimum 3-5 years.
  • Bachelors degree in accounting or related.
  • Technical Skills: Accountants should have strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. They should be proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Excel and other relevant software programs.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience in financial analysis and budgeting.
  • Attention to details and accuracy in record keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • CPA or ACCA certification would be beneficial.
