Insurance Coding Officer

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Claims Processing by ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Handle Authorization tasks related to patient treatments and services.
- Take charge of the Submission and Resubmission of claims to ensure they are correctly submitted and rechecked for errors.
- Lead Denial Management by addressing and rectifying claims denials, ensuring maximum reimbursement.
- Ensure adherence to Coding Guidelines and that all codes are accurately applied for precise billing.
Applicant Requirements / Qualifications:
- Must be a Certified Professional Coder.
- Certification as a Professional Medical Auditor/Certified Documentation Expert Outpatient is an advantage.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field.
- A medical background is considered an advantage.
- Solid knowledge in Insurance and the Coding Process is essential.
- Experience or knowledge in Tasneef/DOH Audits.
- Good grasp of E/M and Dental Coding.
- Proficiency in Navigation of Insurance portals.
