- Phone Management:
- Answer phone calls promptly and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Confirm and remind patients of upcoming appointments.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks, including patient record management and data entry.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Insurance Verification:
- Verify patient insurance information and eligibility.
- Assist patients with insurance-related inquiries.
- Medical Billing:
- Provide support in processing patient invoices and collecting payments.
- Ensure accurate documentation of billing information.
- Patient Assistance:
- Address patient queries and provide necessary information about clinic services.
- Maintain a helpful and informative atmosphere for patients.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
