Case Coordinator (Arabic)

Job Summary:

The Case Coordinator will play a critical role in managing patient cases, ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers, and enhancing the patient experience. Additionally, the coordinator will leverage their business development skills to foster relationships with key stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the overall strategic goals of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Coordination:
  • Manage and coordinate patient cases from admission through discharge.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Arabic-speaking patients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and other team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure a cohesive care experience.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the healthcare industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance companies, referral sources, and community organizations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance the facility’s growth and market presence.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in case coordination or healthcare administration.
  • Proven experience in business development within the healthcare sector.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in a related field.
  • Certification in case management or healthcare administration.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare landscape in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE region.
